Prior to joining ARC, Kristóf Gosztonyi served as Associate Field Officer with UNHCR in Sri Lanka (2000–2001), working on refugee protection and displacement issues during the country's civil conflict. This experience provided direct exposure to humanitarian operations, displacement dynamics and protection frameworks in a complex conflict environment in South Asia.
