Co-team leadership for two parallel assignments: the impact evaluation of the GIZ-implemented LOGO / Support for Development Planning (SDP) programme, and the SDC/BMZ subnational governance baseline in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and FATA. Tasks included concept development, inception report, local researcher training and supervision, village-level survey design (city-village dataset), stakeholder interviews with sub-national government institutions, and statistical analysis (propensity score matching). The final governance baseline report (183 pages) was delivered November 2018.
