Prior to joining ARC, Kristóf Gosztonyi served twice as an Officer of the Return & Reconstruction Task Force at the Office of the High Representative (OHR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (1997–2000 and 2002). This role involved direct engagement with the post-Dayton reconstruction process, supporting the return of displaced persons and refugees, and working on institutional reconstruction in a complex post-conflict environment. He also completed an earlier internship with the European Union Administration of Mostar (EUAM) in 1996. This experience gave Kristóf deep expertise in post-conflict governance, return processes and international civilian administration that underpins his subsequent analytical and evaluation work.
