Afghanistan country case study for the GIZ corporate strategic evaluation (Unternehmensstrategische Evaluierung, USE) of the governance sector. Tasks included case selection methodology (documented May 2019), field research, drafting of the USE governance Afghanistan report (multiple drafts June–July 2019), pricing and contract documentation.
