Update of the 2013 Peace Building Needs analysis for the GIZ Sector Programme Peace and Security. The project produced an impulse paper reviewing the current GIZ Afghanistan portfolio against evolving peace and conflict dynamics post-2014. Four successive drafts were produced in consultation with GIZ. Results: Impulse paper on GIZ Afghanistan portfolio review (peace and conflict perspective, 2016); analytical update on peace building needs; policy recommendations for portfolio adjustment.
