Peace and Conflict Assessment commissioned by GIZ for the NAWI Natural Resources and Rural Development programme in Afghanistan. The assessment identified latent and escalating conflict dynamics relevant to NAWI's programming and developed recommendations for integrating conflict sensitivity into the project cycle. This was conducted in parallel with the PCA for the GIZ TVET programme (Technical and Vocational Education and Training), both delivered in 2012. Results: PCA report NAWI; conflict risk identification; conflict-sensitive programming recommendations; integration guidance for project cycle management.
