Senior researcher in two successive SFB700 projects: C1 (Transnational Cooperation and Security, 2006–2009, budget €496,844) and C9 (Aid, Minds, Hearts: A Longitudinal Study of Governance Interventions, 2010–2017, budget €1,023,600). Tasks included design, setup and implementation of biennial household surveys with local teams, qualitative governance research, capacity development of local partner organisations, and feedback to national and international stakeholders. Results: Longitudinal dataset 2005–2017; publications including Böhnke/Koehler/Zürcher (Routledge 2014, BMZ 2015), Conflict, Security & Development (2017) and European Journal of International Relations (2019).
