Field research subcontractor for the DAAD Afghanistan country evaluation led by Syspons GmbH. Tasks included secondary data analysis of 178 DAAD project files, instrument and actor mapping, phase analysis (up to 2015 / transformation phase 2015–present) and qualitative field interviews. Results: Interview and focus group transcripts; interim report (secondary data analysis); instrument and actor maps; fragility scale for Afghanistan.
